Relationships: Many people dismiss bits of information about their partner that turn out to be warning signs for future trouble. These subtle feelings are actually your gut telling you to pay attention to something. Are you worried about your relationship or having issues? In therapy, there is a lot you can do to help yourself and your partnership.

Anxiety: You are not alone. According to the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), approximately 40 million American adults ages 18 and older — that's 20% of people in this age group in a given year — suffer from some form of anxiety. Yet often people think they are the only ones and may feel embarrassed to get help. Stress is big part of our society and relief is a phone call away.

Divorce: Once a couple decides they want a divorce, they are often not truly ready for it. Many couples who decide to leave their marriages have not had enough time to evaluate their feelings, thoughts, or options. As a result, they are unprepared for the roller coaster of emotions, the complicated legal system, and the many life-changing decisions that they will need to make. Getting help in this process can make a huge difference in the outcome and the quality of your life.

Therapy: Did you know that engaging in at least 6 months of counseling can help you feel 87% to 92% better? According to a study published by the American Psychological Association, 87% of study participants who reported feeling “very poor” and 92% who reported  "fairly poor" when starting therapy, reported feeling better at “very good or good” with 6 months of therapy.
