Relationships: Many people dismiss bits of information about their partner that turn out to be warning signs for future trouble. These subtle feelings are actually your gut telling you to pay attention to something. Are you worried about your relationship or having issues? Anxiety: You are not alone. According to the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), approximately 40 million American adults ages 18 and older — that's 20% of people in this age group in a given year — suffer from some form of anxiety. Yet often people think they are the only ones and may feel embarrassed to get help. Stress is big part of our society and relief is a phone call away.

Divorce: Once a couple decides they want a divorce, they are often not truly ready for it.
