Group Therapy

Group therapy is a very effective form of counseling. It helps clients learn a great deal about themselves because they are in essence forced to see themselves as others see them. We live and interact with people every day and often there are things that other people are experiencing or grappling with that can be beneficial to share with others. In group therapy, you learn that perhaps you’re not as different as you think or that you’re not alone. You’ll meet and interact with people, and the whole group learns to work on shared issues and connection -- one of the most beneficial aspects. The more you involve yourself in the group, the more you get out of it.

I provide groups for divorce recovery, those suffering from the loss of a relationship or breakup, life transitions, and people who are learning how to live on their own again and want to find new healthy relationships. I also run connection groups for anyone who wants to learn the art of healthy connection for current and future relationships. And I provide a personal growth and transformation group for those seeking deeper meaning on their journey.
